NAVY
Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $56,750,000 advance acquisition contract to provide long lead parts and components required for the manufacture of Lot 10 UH-1Y (15) and AH-1Z (13) helicopters for the Marine Corps in support of the H-1 upgrade program. General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, Burlington, Vt., is being awarded a $6,875,640 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-10-C-5141) for the production of Aegis gun and guided missile directors, MK82 Mod 0; and Aegis director controllers, MK 200 Mod 0 in support of DDG 116. The MK 82 director serves to position the fire control system antenna to a position in space for the purpose of illuminating the target. The director controller MK 200 houses the solid-state servo-amplifiers providing the servo drive signals, which then position the director to the desired target position. Work will be performed in Burlington, Vt., and is expected to be completed by January 2014. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. AIR FORCE
