    (NSI News Source Info) WASHINGTON - December 6, 2010: U.S. Department of Defense, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Public Affairs) Contracts issued December 6, 2010 are undermentioned;

    CONTRACTS

    NAVY

    Wyle Laboratories, Inc., Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded a $28,698,738 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract (N00421-03-D-0015) to execute an award term for continued E-2C/E-2D/C-2 planning, program, and financial services in support of the Navy and the governments of France, Taiwan, Egypt, Japan, Singapore and Canada under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is expected to be completed in December 2011. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

    Phoenix International Holdings, Inc., Largo, Md., was awarded on Dec. 2 a $10,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for worldwide diving and diving-related services to support the director of ocean engineering, supervisor of salvage and diving. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $50,000,000. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va. (40 percent); San Diego, Calif. (20 percent); Aiea, Hawaii (20 percent); Largo, Md. (10 percent); and Bayou Vista, La. (10 percent). Work is expected to be completed by December 2015. Contract funds in the amount of 50,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with one proposal received via the Federal Business Opportunities website. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-11-D-4115).

    Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Conn., is being awarded a $8,774,500 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract definitizing order to support submarine design and engineering services for the Ohio-class replacement program. Work will be performed in Groton, Conn., and is expected to be completed by June 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, Groton, Conn., is the contracting activity (N00024-09-C-2100).

    Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded an $8,606,264 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-07-D-0004) to exercise an option for the VH-3D executive helicopter special progressive aircraft rework induction, including vendor repairables and component overhaul. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in July 2011. Contract funds in the amount of $8,606,264 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

    Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded an $8,345,335 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-09-D-0005) to exercise an option for control and guidance section repairs for the AGM-88 High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and the government of Morocco under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed in May 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $8,345,335 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchase for the U.S. Navy ($1,312,128; 16 percent); the U.S. Air Force ($6,401,175; 77 percent); and the government of Morocco ($632,032; 7 percent). The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

    AIR FORCE

    DCG Systems, Inc., Fremont, Calif., was awarded a $13,259,716 contract which will provide a logic analysis tool program is to investigate new methods for the functional testing of a circuit to include logic states and timing of individual transistors and internal nodes of an integrated circuit. At this time, $3,554,000 has been obligated. AFRL/PKDA, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8650-11-C-7105).
