(NSI News Source Info) TAIPEI, Taiwan - June 19, 2009: Dongyin island, approximately 100 miles (161 km) northwest from the island of Taiwan, is located at the northernmost area of the Matsu archipelago and is the farthest territory in the north controlled by Taiwan government.
