Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corp., San Francisco, Calif., is being awarded a $359,700,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-08-C-2103) for nuclear propulsion work at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory and Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. Work will be performed in Norwich, Conn. (84.9 percent); Monroeville, Pa. (12.5 percent); and Norfolk, Va. (2.6 percent). Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $226,999,940 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-04-C-3146) for services in support of the P-8A System Development and Demonstration Program for the T-1 and T-3 aircraft. This modification will support interim flight clearance for the P-8A aircraft in the special mission configuration. Work will be performed in Seattle, Wash. (59 percent); Baltimore, Md. (32 percent); and St. Louis, Mo. (9 percent). Work is expected to be completed in August 2016. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Northrop Grumman Corp., Integrated Systems, Bethpage, N.Y., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $157,942,000 advance acquisition contract for long lead material and related support for the full rate production of five E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft (Lot 1). Work will be performed in Syracuse, N.Y. (32.6 percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (15.5 percent); Dallas, Texas (12.4 percent); Menlo Park, Calif. (9.8 percent); Woodland Hills, Calif. (6 percent); and various locations within the United States (23.7 percent). The work is expected to be completed in March 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $132,823,284 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-09-C-0086) to exercise an option for the procurement of 12 EA-18G Lot 36 full rate production airborne electronic attack kits and the associated non-recurring engineering. Work will be performed in Baltimore, Md. (41.1 percent); St. Louis, Mo. (36.3 percent); Bethpage, N.Y. (19 percent); and Fort Wayne, Ind. (3.6 percent). Work is expected to be completed in September 2014. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corp., Reston, Va., is being awarded a $36,646,047 delivery order under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price contract (N00039-10-D-0028) for the procurement of the Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) common computing environment to include guided missile destroyer (DDG) variant first article; DDG variant production units; and multipurpose amphibious assault ship variant first article. This contract includes options, which, if exercised at the maximum quantities, would bring the cumulative value of the contract to an estimated $637,773,236. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2012. If all contract options are exercised, work could continue until September 2013. The issuance of this delivery order to Northrop Grumman is the result of the CANES competitive down-select to a single contractor for continued performance under the contract options for development, production and logistics support for CANES. Lockheed Martin Corp., Gaithersburg, Md., is being awarded a $7,044,529 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-award fee contract (N63394-06-D-1170) for Aegis design agent engineering and technical support services for combat system ship qualification trials, ballistic missile defense, and other test and evaluation events. This effort includes identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving Aegis Combat System and Aegis Weapon System (AWS) equipment interface issues; providing test engineering; original equipment manufacturer field engineering installation; checkout services in support of ordinance alteration; ship alteration upgrades for the AWS; and AN/UYQ configured ships.
