Lockheed Martin Corp., Sunnyvale, California, has been awarded a $274,800,000 ceiling modification to previously awarded sole-source, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (HQ0147-12-D-0001). The ordering period runs through January 2017. Fiscal 2014 research, development, evaluation and test funds in the amount of $2,651,577 are being obligated at time of award. Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $251,133,201 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 231 Tomahawk Block IV All-Up-Round missiles for the U.S. Navy (147 vertical launch systems and 64 capsule launch systems) and the United Kingdom (20 torpedo tube launch systems). Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (32 percent); Camden, Arkansas (11 percent); Ogden, Utah (8 percent); Anniston, Alabama (4 percent); Minneapolis, Minnesota (4 percent); Glenrothes, Scotland (4 percent); Ft. Fiscal 2013 and 2014 weapons procurement (Navy) funds, and foreign military sales funds in the amount of $251,133,201, are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract combines purchase for the U.S. Navy ($224,536,361; 89.4 percent) and the United Kingdom ($26,596,840; 10.6 percent) under the foreign military sales program. Patriot Contract Services, LLC, Concord, California, is being awarded a $58,642,752 modification under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00033-14-C-3210) to exercise the first option period of this contract for the operation and maintenance of eight government-owned Watson-class large medium-speed roll-on/roll-off ships. The ships will continue to support Military Sealift Command’s worldwide prepositioning requirements. Work for this option period will be performed at sea worldwide, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2015. Navy and transportation working capital contract funds in the amount of $58,642,752 are being obligated at the time of award, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Maersk Line Ltd., Norfolk, Virginia, is being awarded a $33,016,247 modification under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price award fee contract (N00033-11-C-3110) to exercise the fourth option period of this contract for the operation and maintenance of five USNS Bobo-class ships. These ships support the U. S. Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioning Force worldwide. Work will be performance at sea world-wide, and work for this option period is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2015. Transportation working capital contract funds in the amount of $33,016,247 are being obligated at the time of award, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. ManTech Systems Engineering Corp., Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $19,842,368 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-4110) to exercise options for the accomplishment of the uninterrupted enterprise support to the Navy Ship Maintenance and Logistics Support Information Systems program. ManTech will provide expert engineering support in the areas of information technology life cycle planning, operations and sustainment, documentation, program management, application technical refresh, testing, training, and deployment. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia (55 percent); Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (10 percent); Rocket Center, West Virginia (9.1 percent); Kittery, Maine (7.1 percent); Washington, District of Columbia (6 percent); San Diego, California (5 percent); Fairfield, California (2 percent); Mayport, Florida (2 percent); Indian Head, Maryland (1 percent); and other locations less than 1 percent (2.8 percent), and is expected to be completed by May 2015. L-3 KEO, Northampton, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $19,571,552 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-6293) for two AN/BVS-1 Photonics Mast Systems for installation on Virginia-class submarines and two Integrated Submarine Imaging System Augmented Sensor (IAS) Low Profile Masts (LPM). The photonics mast is a non-hull penetrating electronic imaging subsystem of the command and control system. The photonics mast incorporates visible, infrared and electronic support measures sensors and stealth features that will provide new capabilities for attack submarines. The IAS LPM is an electro-optical replacement for conventional periscopes. Work will be performed in Northampton, Massachusetts (48.6 percent); Newington, Virginia (9 percent); Westfield, Massachusetts (7.6 percent); Exeter, New Hampshire (5.8 percent); Seattle, Washington (5.5 percent); Amesbury, Massachusetts (5.5 percent); Joplin, Missouri (4.8 percent); Moonachie, New Jersey (4.3 percent); Southampton, Massachusetts (3.5 percent); Radford, Virginia (2.9 percent); and Brattleboro, Vermont (2.5 percent), and is expected to be completed by March 2017. Fiscal 2014 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds, and fiscal 2014 other procurement (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $19,571,552, will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $19,144,382 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery requirements contract (N00019-14-D-0003) for organizational, intermediate, depot-level maintenance for T-34 and T-44 aircraft, and organization and intermediate maintenance for T-6 aircraft. In addition, this modification provides for logistics support, including labor, services, facilities, equipment, tools, related support equipment, direct and indirect material to support 36 T-34s, 54 T-44s, 42 T-6As, and 207 T-6B aircraft, based primarily at the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas; Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Florida; and Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. Weeks Marine, Inc., Covington, Louisiana, is being awarded an $18,383,017 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging at Naval Weapons Station Earle. The work to be performed provides for dredging the areas surrounding pier 3A and 4 including berths, turning basin, terminal channel, and a portion of Sandy Hook Federal Channel. Work will be performed in Earle, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by September 2016. Head, Inc.,* Columbus, Ohio, is being awarded a $17,539,425 firm-fixed-price contract for airfield repairs at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. The work to be performed provides for repairs that include grade correction, pavement mill and overlay, airfield lighting, and signage and marking for two runways. Related electrical vault work, clearing, demolition and all other associated work necessary to accomplish the project are included. The contract also contains one unexercised option, which if exercised, will increase cumulative contract value to $17,551,248. Wyle Laboratories, Inc., Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a $16,563,175 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-13-C-0032) to exercise option for operational services in support of the Naval Test Wing (NTW) squadrons to include aircrew. This option ensures completion of mission, essential testing, and evaluation for all manned air vehicles for which the NTW has operational responsibility. Work will be performed at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland (94 percent); Naval Air Station Point Mugu, California (5 percent); and Naval Air Station China Lake, California (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in September 2015. John C. Grimberg Co. Inc., Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded $15,835,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0009 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N40080-10-D-0492) for the construction of an above ground parking garage at Naval Support Activity Bethesda. The work to be performed provides for the construction of an above ground parking garage on a reinforced concrete foundation system to accommodate 500 vehicles, with the option to include an additional 150 spaces. The above ground parking garage will be located at the existing Parking Lot "H," between the Navy Lodge and the bowling alley. Work will be performed in Bethesda, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by April 2016. L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace LLC, Madison, Mississippi, is being awarded a $13,967,277 firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for organizational, selected intermediate, and limited depot level maintenance and logistics support services for the F/A-18A/B/C/D/E/F, EA-18G, MH-60S, F-16A/B, and E-2C aircraft, in support of the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center. L-3 Fuzing and Ordnance Systems, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $13,195,067 firm-fixed-price contract for FMU-139 C/B electronic bomb fuze and accessories, and a first article test and physical configuration audit. This includes 250 FMU 139C/B electronic bomb fuzes (6 pack) and 4,415 FMU 139 C/B electronic bomb fuzes (9 pack). Work will be performed in Cincinnati, Ohio (65 percent), and Orlando, Florida (35 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2017. Microsoft Corp., Redmond, Washington, is being awarded $11,600,029 for task order 0034 under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (M67854-13-D-4033) for Microsoft Premier Support Services. Work will be performed primarily at Marine Corps facilities worldwide, with specific locations dependent upon requirements as they are identified; work will be completed in September 2015. Karcher Group, Inc., Chantilly, Virginia, is being awarded $10,014,843 for firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchasing Agreement call 0035, under a previously awarded BPA (M00264-10-A-0026) in support of the U. S. Marine Corps University audio visual project for the delivery, installation, configuration and programming of all AV arrays required for the Marine Corps University. BAE Systems Technology and Services, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded $8,749,247 for modification P00007 under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00604-13-C-3000) to exercise option year two for a full range of ordnance handling and management services including labor, materials, equipment, inventory management, transportation, supervision and management to receive inspect, store, issue, transport, load, and manage all types of ammunition, explosives, expendable and technical ordnance material and weapons. When activated, the ships support movement of common-user and service-unique cargoes for Department of Defense requirements.
