Chinese Defense Chief Due To Arrive On Moscow Visit

Serdyukov and Liang will also discuss bilateral military cooperation at talks on April 28. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is a regional security organization comprising Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
