CONTRACTS
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
            I-Solutions Direct, Inc. (Metals USA), Fort Washington, Pa., was issued a modification exercising the second option year on contract SPM8EG-09-D-0001/P00035.  The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, prime vendor, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum $192,153,175 for various metal items.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  There were three responses to the Web solicitation.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 Defense Working Capital Funds.  The date of performance completion is Feb. 12, 2013.  The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.

            Global Montello Group, L.L.C.*, Waltham, Mass., was issued a modification on the current contract SP0600-11-D-8523/P00009.  The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for a maximum $32,968,950 for fuel.  Other location of performance is in Boston Harbor, Mass.  Using service is Department of Energy.  There were 74 solicitations with three responses.  Type of appropriations is fiscal 2012 Department of Energy funds.  The date of performance completion is Feb. 29, 2012.  The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity.

            Lockheed Martin Corp., MS2, Owego, N.Y., was awarded a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract with a maximum $22,000,000 for procurement of common cockpit systems and major components.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using service is Navy.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012/2013/2014 Navy Stock funds.  The date of performance completion is Dec. 30, 2014.  The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPRPA1-10-Q-Y570).

            Dentsply Caulk, Milford, Del., was issued a modification exercising the second option year on contract SPM2DE-09-D-7445/P00007.  The award is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum $15,967,188 for distribution of general dental supplies.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  There were 10 responses to the Web solicitation.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012 Defense Working Capital Funds.  The date of performance completion is Feb. 11, 2013.  The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE
            2020 Co., L.L.C., Falls Church, Va. (FA9200-10-D-0018, P00006); Oasis Systems, L.L.C., Lexington, Mass. (FA9200-10-D-00173, P00009); and COLSA Corp., Huntsville, Ala. (FA9200-10-D-0166, P00007), are each being awarded a $53,511,834 firm-fixed price, labor-hour, cost-reimbursement contract for the Technical and Acquisition Management Support Program.  This program provides a wide range of diverse non-engineering, technical, and acquisition management support required in the acquisition, development, production, and support of various equipment and weapon systems within the Air Armament Center and other organizations at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.  The location of the performance is Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.  Work is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2013.  AAC/PKES, Eglin Air Fore Base, Fla., is the contracting activity.

NAVY
            Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a $52,281,813 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple award contract to provide research, development, test, and evaluation of emerging surveillance technologies, sensors and systems with potential for applicability in the areas of air, ground, and shipboard intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and information operations systems.  This is one of five multiple award contracts:  all awardees will compete for task orders during the ordering period.  This three-year contract includes one two-year option, which, if exercised, would bring the potential value of this contract to $89,447,206.  Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed Feb. 7, 2015.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via Request for Proposal N66001-11-R-0105 published on the Federal Business Opportunities website, and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center e-Commerce Central website, with five offers received.  Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N66001-12-D-0085).

            Stanley Associates, Inc., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $45,684,390 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple award contract to provide research, development, test, and evaluation of emerging surveillance technologies, sensors, and systems with potential for applicability in the areas of air, ground, and shipboard intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and information operations systems.  This is one of five multiple award contracts:  all awardees will compete for task orders during the ordering period.  This three-year contract includes one two-year option, which, if exercised, would bring the potential value of this contract to $77,775,689.  Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif. (90 percent), and Fairfax, Va. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed Feb. 7, 2015.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.             General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $44,836,675 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple award contract to provide research, development, test, and evaluation of emerging surveillance technologies, sensors, and systems with potential for applicability in the areas of air, ground, and shipboard intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and information operations systems.  This is one of five multiple award contracts:  all awardees will compete for task orders during the ordering period.  This three-year contract includes one two-year option, which, if exercised, would bring the potential value of this contract to $76,559,590.  Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif. (90 percent), and Fairfax, Va.
