Technology Service Corp., Silver Springs, Maryland, has been awarded a $23,812,562 modification (P00025) to previously awarded contract FA8650-14-C-7400 for the Rapid Reaction Multi-Mission/Support Jammer Cueing (RRMMS/SJC) acquisition effort. Contractor will further develop technologies they have established under previous and current Small Business Innovation Research Phase I and II contracts. The contractor will use rapid prototyping processes and modular architectures to deliver mission critical and urgent technological capabilities. Contractor will provide support activities for follow-on operational test and evaluation of the MQ-9 operational flight program. Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $9,262,918 modification (P00508) to previously awarded contract FA8611-08-C-2897 for two communication, navigation and identification units per F-22 and spares. Contractor will provide 479 retrofit kits and perform 443 installations that will increase reliability of transistors on the CNI Driver B units. Work will be performed at Clifton, New Jersey, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 14, 2017. Northrop Grumman System Corp. will provide research and development of additive manufacturing for the duct-cooled, carbon/silicon carbide thrust chamber technology development effort. Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo, Texas, is being awarded a $20,809,451 cost-plus- fixed-fee modification to a previously issued delivery order (0122) placed against a basic ordering agreement (N00019-12-G-0006) in support of the MV-22.  This modification exercises an option for flight test sustainment support including test planning and execution, flight clearances, and technical reviews. Bethel-Webcor JV-1,* Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded $19,600,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0006 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62478-14-D-4001) for construction of a waterfront operations facility for Sea, Air, Land Delivery Vehicle Team One at Pearl City Peninsula, Pearl City.  The facility will include operations, training, planning, and mission support space, as well as individual and platoon equipment storage and load out areas.  Space will also be provided to support the Naval Special Warfare Group Three Tactical Athlete Center.  Project also includes renovations in Building 987 and construction of second floor space in the existing Building 987 high bay.  Work will be performed in Oahu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by February 2018.  Fiscal 2013 military construction (defense agencies) contract funds in the amount of $19,600,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Four proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity. PentaCon LLC,* Catoosa, Oklahoma, was awarded $9,544,234 for firm-fixed-price task order 0002 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N69450-14-D-0757) for construction of Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School Applied Instruction Facility at Construction Battalion Center, Stennis Space Center.   .  The facility will provide training capabilities for the center.  Project includes all pertinent site improvements and site preparations; mechanical and electrical utilities, telecommunications, pile foundation, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, parking, exterior lighting and air conditioning.  The task order also contains four unexercised options, which if exercised would increase cumulative task order value to $10,305,654.  Work will be performed in Gulfport, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by October 2017.  Fiscal 2016 military construction (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $9,544,234 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Three proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity. The SACM will support affordable, highly lethal, small size and weight ordnance with advanced air frame design and synergistic control capabilities for air dominance enabling high air-to-air load-out. The MSDM will support miniaturized weapon capabilities for air superiority by enabling close-in platform self-defense and penetration into contested A2AD environment with little to no impact to payload capacity.
